WANDER DIARIES – BALI II

This time of the year is cool and breezy here. Straight out of the window are swaying trees and right off the roads is the heaving sea.

Choppy waters sometimes though with a warning flag. But, who can stop the Aussie surfers who are here to spot the right wave as it got extremely cold down under.

The Purple Frog at one such exciting moment sprained its back. The hip got hurt during a hop and now, it’s restricted to the hole hoping to heal soon.

Water Therapy

Turned to the healing touch of water. Stepped inside the pool and it definitely soothed the nerves.

That said, a well-maintained pool is a regular feature of the homes/villas in Bali. Wonder, why has that not been a part of home culture across the world especially cities that don’t have a personal water body to take a dip in…

But then, all good things sound utopian to the world and all things dirty, crammed and deprived ‘real’…

Art has a special place here and that’s why The Purple Frog thinks, the maker’s attitude prevails…possibility of creating what sounds utopian…

While the rains are upon us here and that’s when The Purple Frog would get to hop around the city, here’s a glimpse of what caught the eye…
